Terms
Terms of sale
Last updated October 20, 2026
These terms cover every order placed on eulerbloom.com. EulerBloom is run by EulerBloom LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean EulerBloom LLC, and “you” means the person placing the order.
The short version
- Every piece is a reproduction of a public-domain painting, printed to order at the size and crop you choose.
- Shipping is free and tracked. Arrival dates are our best estimate, not a guarantee.
- If it arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days and we replace it free.
- You have 60 days from delivery to return it. Return shipping is yours, and we refund the price once it's back with us.
- If something goes wrong, write to support@eulerbloom.com first. Section 13 asks you to settle any dispute individually, by arbitration or in small claims court, not in a class action.
1.These terms
When you place an order, you agree to these terms. They work together with our privacy policy and The EulerBloom Promise. If anything on the site seems to say something different, these terms decide.
You must be at least 18 to place an order, or have a parent or guardian place it for you.
2.What you're buying
Our pieces are reproductions of paintings that are in the public domain: prints on paper, canvas or acrylic, with or without a frame. They are not the original artworks. Buying one gives you the physical piece; it gives you no extra rights in the artwork or in our files.
- Made to your choices. Each piece is made for your order at the size, crop, material and frame you choose. Please check them before you pay: we make what you order.
- Colors. Screens show color differently, and a piece looks different in daylight, lamplight and shade. Small differences between the piece and what you saw on screen are normal and aren't a defect.
- Previews. Our room views are drawn to scale to help you choose, but they're illustrations. Your room, light and wall will look different.
- Sharpness. Each painting's page shows how large it prints sharply. If you choose a size past that, we tell you before you buy, and some softness at that size isn't a defect.
- Natural variation. Wood grain, canvas texture and frame finishes vary a little from piece to piece. Finished sizes can differ from the size ordered by up to 1/4 inch (6 mm).
- Hand-painted pieces and commissions. We confirm the price, size and timing in writing before you pay. Those written terms add to these.
3.Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are the ones shown when you place your order. We can change prices at any time; a change never affects an order you've already paid for.
If a price or description on the site is clearly wrong (a frame priced at $0, say), we may cancel the order and refund everything you paid, even after payment. We'll tell you, and you're welcome to order again at the correct price.
Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order. We never see or store your full card number. For larger orders we may ask your bank to confirm it's you. We add sales tax where the law requires it. For orders shipped outside the United States, any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged on arrival are yours to pay.
4.Your order
Your order confirmation means we've received your order. It becomes a contract when we ship it. Until then, we may decline or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud, the price was wrong, the file won't print well at the size chosen, the work can no longer be sold, or we can't ship to the address given. If we cancel, we refund everything you paid.
We may limit the quantity of any piece in a single order.
5.Changes and cancellations
Because each piece is made for you, production starts soon after you order. To change or cancel an order, write to support@eulerbloom.com within 12 hours of placing it. We'll do our best, but once a piece is in production we can't stop it. You can still return it after delivery under section 8.
6.Shipping and delivery
Shipping is free and tracked to the countries offered at checkout. The arrival dates we show are estimates, not guarantees. We aren't responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or other events outside our control.
Please check your shipping address. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because delivery was refused, we can send it again at your cost, or refund the price less the shipping we paid in both directions.
Ownership passes to you when we hand your order to the carrier. Damage on the way is still covered by section 7. If tracking shows the parcel lost before delivery, we send a replacement. If tracking shows it delivered to your address and you can't find it, tell us within 7 days. We'll file a claim with the carrier and help you look for it, but we can't replace a parcel the carrier confirms it delivered.
7.If it arrives damaged or the color is wrong
Damage. If your piece arrives damaged, write to support@eulerbloom.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the piece and the box. Keep the packaging until we've sorted it out. We replace it free, or refund it if we can't make a replacement. We may ask you to send the damaged piece back at our cost, or to dispose of it.
Color. If the color is clearly different from the image on the painting's page (more than the normal differences of screens and light described in section 2), write to us within 30 days of delivery with a photo taken in daylight. If we agree, we reprint it once, free.
8.60-day returns
You have 60 days from delivery to live with your piece. If it doesn't feel right, you can return it:
- Write to support@eulerbloom.com first, and we'll send return instructions. We can't accept parcels sent without them.
- Return shipping is yours to arrange and pay for, and the piece is your responsibility until it reaches us. Pack it as it came, and use a tracked service; insuring it is a good idea.
- It must come back in the condition it arrived in, apart from careful hanging. If it comes back damaged, marked or altered, or with parts missing, we may refuse the return or take the cost of the damage off your refund.
- Once it's back and checked, we refund the price you paid for it (and the tax on it) to your original payment method, usually within 10 business days.
- Hand-painted pieces and commissions can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- To swap for another piece, return the first and place a new order. We may decline returns we reasonably believe abuse this policy.
9.The sign-up gift
People who join our letters receive a free 8 × 12″ canvas of a work from their order, with a first order of $100 or more before tax. It's one per person, email address and shipping address, has no cash value, and can't be exchanged or transferred. If returning part of the order brings it below $100, we take the gift's regular price off your refund, unless you send the gift back too. We may change or end this offer at any time, but never for an order already placed.
10.Our promises are our warranty
The promises in section 7 and section 8 are our warranty, and they are the only warranties we give. They don't cover fading from direct sunlight, damage from damp or heat, damage from hanging or handling, or normal wear.
Any warranty the law implies, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, lasts 60 days from delivery. Some states don't allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limit may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state and country to country.
11.Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Those include damage to walls or furniture from hanging a piece, and lost time or profits.
Please hang your piece with hardware suited to your wall and to the piece's weight. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, such as for fraud, or for death or injury caused by negligence. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
12.Our website and content
The paintings we reproduce are in the public domain. The rest of the site is ours or used with permission: its text, design, room photography, curation and software. You may use the site to browse and buy for yourself. You may not copy it in bulk, scrape it, or use bots or automated tools on it. For rights questions, see rights and takedowns.
13.Settling problems
Talk to us first. Most problems are solved in a day or two. Before you take any formal step, write to support@eulerbloom.com with your order number and what went wrong, and give us 30 days to put it right. Please do this before you dispute a charge with your bank. If you dispute a charge for an order we delivered as described, we'll share the order's records with your bank.
Arbitration. If we can't agree, any dispute about an order or these terms will be settled by binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, decided by one arbitrator, instead of in court. Either of us may take a claim to small claims court instead, if it qualifies. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.
No class actions. Disputes are brought only individually, never as a class, collective or representative action, and you and we each give up the right to a jury trial.
Opting out. You can opt out of arbitration by emailing support@eulerbloom.com within 30 days of your first order, with your name and order number and a line saying you opt out. Opting out doesn't change anything else in these terms.
Law and courts. These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming. Any case not settled by arbitration or small claims will be heard in the state courts in Sheridan County, Wyoming (where the company is registered), or the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming. If you live outside the United States, you keep any protections the consumer law of your country gives you, and nothing in these terms takes them away.
14.The rest
We may update these terms. The version on the site when you place an order applies to that order. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a part straight away, we can still enforce it later. We may transfer our rights and duties under these terms to a business that takes over EulerBloom. We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier or supplier failures, severe weather or strikes. We'll write to you at the email you gave with your order.
